How much Electricity do you Use in a Week ?

This activity needs a little bit of homework to be done before it can be completed. You need to go home and find out the rating of each of the household appliances listed in the first column of the table. A set of average values has been put in to start you off. When you have done this, calculate how many hours in a week each appliance is switched on.

N.B. If a device is quoted in kWH, multiply this by 1000 for its Watts rating.
